I went to Dr. Gadget for the 1st time with issues charging my phone. Chris was able to identify I needed a new charger port installed. He didn't have the part needed but quickly called another location which had only 1 on hand. He went to get the part and fixed my phone in less time that was estimated. His customer service was A-1 and I highly recommend this location. It was a great alternative to replacing my phone and I am definitely a satisfied customer.

Chris helped me. No matter how much of a job it seemed to be for Chris, her worked through thick and thin. He bent over backwards. He worked his tail to the bone. This place has always been there for me from replacing a battery to replacing a charging port. They work hard and get things done after you simply walk in for help. Chris helped me recently with a charging port and he thought he was going to have bad news for me. However, he worked so hard to help that he went as far as researching the solution and he found it after hours. I am by far, impressed by the above and beyond work done. Thank you Dr. Gadget!!!
